The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is seeking evidence-based research and impactful programmes, methodologies, and advanced teaching practices in the field of early childhood
The Khalifa International Award for Early Learning (KIAEL), which was founded by the late Sheikh
The Awarding Committee members will adjudicate the winners of the 2023 edition of KIAEL’s two categories for Best Research & Studies and Best Programmes and Teaching Practices. The deadline for applications is February 28, 2023, while the winners will be announced in June 2023. Applications need to be submitted through the online application system at https://el.khaward.ae/ before the deadline.

“Through this initiative, we also hope to raise awareness and focus attention on serving young children with disabilities in early childhood education,” she added.
“Our mission is to identify and reward the research on early childhood education and care that supports improvements in practice and exemplary programmes or teaching practices demonstrated to improve the quality and/or the learning and development of the young children served,” said Dr Barnett, founding co-director of the National Institute for Early Education and Board of Governors Professor of Education at Rutgers University.
